Music to have on while you do other things, or for actual meditation. These are standard 10 to 20 minute meditations. Sit between the speakers, or use headphones. Turn the lights down. Do nothing; just listen. As thoughts occur acknowledge them, discard, then go back to focusing on the sounds. With practice you can slow busy thoughts down to near zero. Around the 75% mark the music peaks and starts winding down; this is the cool down phase prior to reentering reality. Enjoy.
